Having then approached and assessed potential candidates we will then conduct in-depth in-person interviews to establish their experience-fit as well as personality and chemistry-fit, supported by our partnership with Thomas International who conduct assessments of a candidate’s behaviour, aptitude, emotional intelligence and workplace personality.
